Who we are
A consulting firm for people who run a business.

A business grows when its people, its systems, and its marketing all point in the same direction.
Empower Consulting Firm was founded by Hannah Dang, a Professional Salon Consultant with over 25 years in the beauty industry and experience as a salon owner in Las Vegas. She works with owners and managers on the things that decide whether a salon does well: how it is run, how it earns, how the team works together, and how clients feel when they walk out the door.
Alongside that consulting work, our digital team handles search visibility, advertising, social media, websites, and online retail. One firm, one plan, and the two sides inform each other. Salons and beauty businesses are our specialty, and we bring the same business development approach to owners in other industries.

Why Empower Consulting Firm
Why owners choose strategic consulting.
Running a business well takes more than being good at the work itself. These are the reasons owners bring in an experienced outside view, and what you can expect from ours.
- i.
Experience from inside the industry
Hannah's guidance comes from more than 25 years in the beauty industry and from owning a salon herself. The advice is practical because it has been lived.
- ii.
Business and digital in one place
Pricing, team structure, and client experience are planned alongside your website, search presence, and advertising. Nothing is lost between a consultant and a separate agency.
- iii.
Systems that stay with you
We leave you with written plans, scripts, checklists, and trained people. The aim is a business that runs well after our work together ends.
- iv.
Plain, honest communication
We do not promise rankings, revenue, or overnight results. We tell you what we see, what we recommend, and what we cannot know in advance.
How we work
A steady process, in four stages.
Every engagement is shaped to the business in front of us. The sequence stays the same because it works.
Understand
We listen first. We review your numbers, menu, team, and current marketing, and learn what you want from the business.
Plan
We agree on a small number of priorities and write a plan with clear steps, owners, and dates.
Build
We create what the plan needs: pricing structures, documents, training, campaigns, and web pages.
Refine
We review results with you on a regular schedule, keep what works, and adjust what does not.
Questions
Answers to what owners ask first.
More detail on consulting, digital marketing, and how engagements work is on our FAQ page.
What does a salon consultant do?
A salon consultant reviews how a salon operates and earns, identifies what is limiting it, recommends specific changes, and supports the owner while those changes are made. Typical areas include pricing, service mix, scheduling, staffing, retention, retail, and marketing. See business development strategies.
Where are you located, and do you work with clients elsewhere?
Our office is at 5810 Stax St NW Unit 111D, Huntsville, AL 35806. We serve clients in Huntsville and across Alabama, throughout the United States, and internationally. Most work is carried out by video, phone, and shared documents.
How does an engagement begin?
It begins with a conversation about your business and goals. If we are a good fit, we propose a scope of work, timeline, and fee in writing before anything starts.
Can you guarantee results from marketing?
No. We do not guarantee rankings, leads, follower counts, advertising performance, or revenue. Outcomes depend on many factors beyond any provider's control. We commit to careful work, accurate tracking, and honest reporting.
