This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to cancellation of services offered by Empower Consulting Firm (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing or booking any service with us, you agree to this policy.


1. Service Cancellation by Client

Clients may request cancellation of services by submitting a written request through our contact page:

Cancellation requests must include the client’s name, service details, and reason for cancellation.


2. 5-Day Cancellation Window

We provide a 5-Day Cancellation Window from the date of initial payment.

A cancellation request made within 5 calendar days may be eligible for a partial or full refund only if:

  • Work has not significantly progressed
  • No major deliverables have been completed
  • No paid advertising budgets or third-party expenses have been incurred
  • The request is reasonable and genuine

Refund eligibility will be evaluated based on the progress of the project and is subject to approval at the sole discretion of Empower Consulting Firm.


3. Cancellations After 5 Days

If a cancellation request is made after 5 days from the initial payment:

  • No refunds will be issued
  • Any completed or in-progress work remains billable
  • Access to project materials or accounts may be revoked after termination

Digital marketing and consulting services involve time, research, and resource allocation that cannot be reversed once performed.


4. Ongoing / Monthly Services

For recurring or monthly services:

  • Clients must provide at least 7 days’ written notice before the next billing cycle.
  • Failure to notify in time may result in the next billing cycle being charged.
  • Work completed before cancellation remains payable.

5. Cancellation by Empower Consulting Firm

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel services if:

  • Payments are overdue
  • Terms & Conditions are violated
  • Fraudulent or illegal activity is detected
  • Abusive or unethical behavior occurs
  • Required information or approvals are not provided

In such cases, refunds may not be applicable.


6. Third-Party Costs

Any third-party expenses already incurred — such as advertising spend, software licenses, hosting, or tool subscriptions — are non-refundable and remain the client’s responsibility.


7. Effect of Cancellation

Upon cancellation:

  • Active campaigns, development work, or consulting activities will stop
  • Access to internal tools or dashboards may be removed
  • Ownership of completed deliverables may transfer only after full payment clearance

8. Policy Updates

We may update this Cancellation Policy at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
